Canadian actress who is best well-known for her character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her debut role in the year 2019. Earthstorm and the 2005's The Perfect Neighbor and The Perfect Neighbor (2006) are among her work. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay an actress producer playwright teacher and Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas earliest memories of childhood include watching her mother at work while she was in rehearsals for her play. Silk made many commercials while she was a small kid. The Bachelor in Arts was conferred to her by St. Thomas University, in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced at the very least two of its early productions, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009, she got married to Seth Cooperman. They have sons named Samuel as well as Levi. She landed her first major character in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus on the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. The character she played Bo along with Lauren as same-sex lovers on Lost Girl was named one of the series's all-time Favorite TV Couples by CNN and named the The Top TV Couple for 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk attracted a huge online audience due to the popularity of their series.
