Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous by her scathing appreciation of silly action movies and horror films. Her reviews started in the latter half of 2009, and after she gained some fame (under the old name Obscurus-Lupa), Allison Pregler became part of the family at Channel Awesome. Beginning in early 2015, she stayed on the site as Obscurus Lupa Presents evolved to Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on her channel, both of which focus on the Charmed series, and are hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Ninja the Mission Force shows her in action in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was her debut film. Brad Jones has had her as a guest on some episodes of his program Midnight Screenings. She reviews awful films for kids or RiffTrax programs, and also occasionally, she reviews adult comedy (including Baywatch (2017)). In 2009, after reviewing films her name was a hit through the Channel Awesome forums. Before joining the official team that comprises Channel Awesome reviewers, she became popular. She has made numerous appearances on Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall up to Phelous & the Movies. She was featured on numerous episodes on Nostalgia Critic and was a former member of Channel Awesome's family along with Doug Walker.
