She's a mix of Blackfoot and Cherokee. In 2005, she made her debut on screen in the film Liminality. That same year, she appeared for the first time on the big screen in the highly acclaimed comedy-drama Transamerica. She appeared on the screen on a Law & Order Criminal Intent season 4 episode.
